What to Expect ✨ A Personalized Intake Process Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you’ll receive a questionnaire via email. Your responses help me tailor the session to your unique energetic and healing needs, ensuring you receive the most from your experience. ✨ Holistic Counseling & Creative Art Therapy Your 90-minute session begins with a personalized counseling session, where we explore your current challenges, concerns, and healing intentions. This conversation allows us to uncover emotional, energetic, or subconscious patterns that may be affecting your well-being. To deepen self-exploration and emotional processing, we will incorporate creative art therapy, using expressive techniques such as drawing, journaling, or intuitive symbolism. This therapeutic approach allows you to connect with your inner wisdom, bringing clarity and insight to your healing journey. No artistic experience is needed—this is a space for exploration, self-expression, and reflection. ✨ A Guided Healing Experience Following the counseling and creative therapy, you’ll settle comfortably onto the healing table as I guide you through a gentle meditation to quiet the mind, deepen relaxation, and open your energy channels to receive healing. I will then intuitively assess your energetic body, sensing the flow of your chakras and identifying areas that need extra attention. ✨ Crystal Grid & Energy Work Once your energy field has been assessed, I will begin by cleansing and charging your chakra centers, preparing your body for deeper healing. From there, I will place crystals on and around you, using specifically chosen crystals to focus on your particular area of concern. The grid acts as an energetic blueprint, directing healing vibrations to where they are needed most. ✨ Integration & Reflection We will conclude the session with grounding techniques to gently bring you back into the present moment. Afterward, we’ll spend time reflecting on your experience, allowing space for you to share any insights or emotions that arose. Additional creative expression may be used here to help integrate your healing experience and provide further clarity for your journey. ✨ Reiki Energy Infusion All Transpersonal Crystal Healing® sessions include Reiki, deepening the energetic clearing and restoration process. Choose our Embodied Experience option for our in-person sessions or Etheric Alignment option for remote healing sessions via Zoom.
