Get to Know Me & My Work

✨ Sharing herbs, crystals, and circles to nurture connection and healing.

I wish I could tell you I found herbalism through a fairytale moment—walking in the garden with my grandmother or being led by a woodland faerie into the mysteries of plants. Instead, I found it through life itself—through grit, survival, and the sheer determination to create something better for myself and my two children.

I became a mother young, barely old enough to legally drink. I had my son, then two years later, my daughter. Immediately after, I found myself a single mom with two little ones and no safety net. There were years of long shifts, two jobs back-to-back, nights where I skipped meals so my children wouldn’t have to. I knew the exhaustion of government assistance and medical care, food pantries, the heartbreak of eviction, and finally, the relief of finding a house  we could call home and settle down in. Through it all, I carried one mission: to keep a roof over our heads and love at the center of our lives.

Years went by, and as life steadied, I reconnected with someone from my past, and he entered my and my children's lives. Soon after he moved in, he got terribly sick—kid cooties, the kind that knock you flat—and I didn’t have any medicine in the house for adults. I remembered an herb book I had bought years before, and as I flipped through the pages, everything cold-related pointed to elderberries. That moment—simple, unplanned—opened the door to a whole new way of living. Elderberries became my gateway herb, and herbalism became my path.

Along the way, crystals began weaving into my practice as well. At first, they were touchstones of comfort—stones I carried in my pocket for strength during long, uncertain days. Over time, they revealed themselves as allies: amplifying intention, grounding my spirit, and deepening the energy of my herbal work. Just like plants, crystals became teachers, each one offering a unique way of seeing, feeling, and healing.

I’m not the kind of herbalist who claims to know every plant or every stone. Herbalism and crystal work aren’t about a finish line. They’re about relationship, curiosity, and the lifelong unfolding of wisdom. What I can say with certainty is that I fell in love with the healing power of the earth—and I never looked back. Every day since, I’ve poured myself into study, practice, and devotion to this path.

Herbs and crystals have been my anchors, my teachers, and my joy. They are survival transformed into healing, and passion turned into purpose. This is my journey, and I’d be honored to walk it alongside you. 🌿✨💎

About Earth Star Minerals & Botanicals

At Earth Star Minerals & Botanicals, everything begins with a deep reverence for the healing energies of plants and minerals. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to weave these natural allies together with intention and align them to each unique individual—supporting balance, healing, and connection. We hold a vision of creating a heart-centered community where people can come together, find peace, and walk side by side on their own paths of learning and growth.

Rooted in Intention & Respect for the Earth We care deeply about what we put on and into our bodies, and about how we care for Gaia, our beautiful Earth. Every creation is made with mindfulness and respect. We use organic and natural materials whenever possible, and our packaging is reusable, recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable—even down to the labels.

The Creation Process Nothing we create is ever rushed. Every herb, every crystal, even the timing of creation, is chosen with purpose. Herbs are researched for their medicinal and spiritual properties, while crystals are carefully selected for their healing vibrations. These ingredients are cleansed and energetically charged under the sun, the moon, and the stars. Planetary influences are often considered, so that each product carries both earthly and cosmic alignment. The process is as hands-on as it gets: teas are blended and packaged by hand, soaps are mixed, poured, and decorated by hand, bracelets are designed and strung by hand. Every single step involves intention and care. Behind the word “we” is me—Pamela—and the love and support of my family. Each item you receive has been touched by my own hands and heart from start to finish.

Alchemy in Action Our creations are infused with energy long before they take their final form. For example, our Chakra Series soaps begin their journey weeks before being poured: herbs and natural colorants are infused into oils, crystals are cleansed and charged throughout moon cycles, and crystal elixirs are crafted and blended into those infusions. After pouring, these soaps cure for six weeks or more, soaking up good energy and love throughout the process. Some take up to three months to complete!

Heart & Soul in Every Offering From crystal-infused teas and herbal remedies to luxurious body care and energetically charged soaps, every product is designed to nurture the body, soothe the heart, and inspire the spirit. Beyond products, we dream of building a space where community and connection can flourish—a place where the healing gifts of nature and the stars are shared freely. When you choose ESMB, you are not just purchasing something handmade—you are holding a piece of intention, care, and love. And I am honored to share that with you.
