Rooted in the mountains of Colorado, my work is guided by the land, seasonal rhythms, and a commitment to practical, effective herbal care.
I am a practicing, integrative herbalist, Reiki Master, Transpersonal Crystal Healing® practitioner, and Wild Woman Project Circle Leader. Herbalism is the foundation of my work—formulating and working directly with plants to support the body in a grounded, results-focused way. I work through a formulation-based approach, selecting herbs based on constitution, energetics, and underlying patterns—not just symptom support. I incorporate energy-based practices where appropriate, creating a balanced approach that addresses both physical and energetic health.
Through Earth Star Minerals & Botanicals, I handcraft a range of products including herbal teas, tinctures, salves, oils, and crystal-infused bath and body care. Each formula is rooted in materia medica and designed for everyday use—effective, accessible, and intentional.
My work extends into client care and education. I offer personalized herbal consultations and custom formulations, alongside Reiki, Transpersonal Crystal Healing®, chakra alignment, and intuitive crystal body grids. I also facilitate Women’s Circles with The Wild Woman Project, and host seasonal and lunar gatherings designed for reconnection, self-awareness, and steady, embodied growth. My work is especially focused on creating sustainable, long-term support rather than temporary relief.
I teach classes and workshops focused on practical home herbalism for real-world use—covering formulation, remedy-making, and building a functional home apothecary.
My approach bridges traditional herbal wisdom with modern, integrative care—grounded in both training and continued practice. My goal is to help clients build resilience, restore balance, and feel confident working with their bodies rather than relying on quick fixes.
Pamela’s training is rooted in both traditional herbalism and integrative energy work, supported by extensive study, hands-on practice, and ongoing learning. She has studied herbalism through The School of Evolutionary Herbalism, The Herbal Academy, an apprenticeship with Rosemary Gladstar, along with various other trainings.
She is a certified Transpersonal Crystal Healing® Practitioner, trained through the Evolve Healing Institute, and received her Reiki Master training through Soul Star Inc.
Pamela also serves as a Wild Woman Project Circle Leader and maintains professional memberships with IPHM and IICT.

At Earth Star Minerals & Botanicals, everything begins with a deep reverence for the healing energies of plants and minerals. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to weave these natural allies together with intention and align them to each unique individual—supporting balance, healing, and connection. We hold a vision of creating a heart-centered community where people can come together, find peace, and walk side by side on their own paths of learning and growth.
Rooted in Intention & Respect for the Earth We care deeply about what we put on and into our bodies, and about how we care for Gaia, our beautiful Earth. Every creation is made with mindfulness and respect. We use organic and natural materials whenever possible, and our packaging is reusable, recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable—even down to the labels.
The Creation Process Nothing we create is ever rushed. Every herb, every crystal, even the timing of creation, is chosen with purpose. Herbs are researched for their medicinal and spiritual properties, while crystals are carefully selected for their healing vibrations. These ingredients are cleansed and energetically charged under the sun, the moon, and the stars. Planetary influences are often considered, so that each product carries both earthly and cosmic alignment. The process is as hands-on as it gets: teas are blended and packaged by hand, soaps are mixed, poured, and decorated by hand, bracelets are designed and strung by hand. Every single step involves intention and care. Behind the word “we” is me—Pamela—and the love and support of my family. Each item you receive has been touched by my own hands and heart from start to finish.
Alchemy in Action Our creations are infused with energy long before they take their final form. For example, our Chakra Series soaps begin their journey weeks before being poured: herbs and natural colorants are infused into oils, crystals are cleansed and charged throughout moon cycles, and crystal elixirs are crafted and blended into those infusions. After pouring, these soaps cure for six weeks or more, soaking up good energy and love throughout the process. Some take up to three months to complete!
