Herbal formulations are created using traditional folk and energetic herbalism practices. Crystal-infused goods are energetically cleansed and charged prior to shipping. Yes! We’re committed to sustainability and use packaging that is compostable, recyclable, or biodegradable whenever possible. We strive to minimize environmental impact while delivering your items with love and care.

All sales are final. If your item was damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. We package each item with care using eco-conscious materials when possible. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Currently, we ship only within the United States. Under the Colorado Cottage Food Act, ingestible herbal products (teas, tinctures) may only be shipped within the state of Colorado. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and intuitive. Depending on the service, they may include breathwork, energy work, guided visualization, or herbal guidance. You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortable, and everything offered will be discussed with you beforehand. Your comfort and consent are always honored. Yes! Herbal consultations, Reiki, and crystal healing sessions can all be conducted via video or phone for distance clients.

Absolutely! Many clients choose to integrate Reiki or crystal healing with their herbal consultation to support emotional, physical, and energetic balance. We can tailor your experience to suit your needs.

It’s helpful to come with an open heart and mind, and perhaps a journal or intention if you'd like to reflect beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing. If wearing jewelry or large belts, I may ask you to remove them so they don't interfere. For virtual sessions, please find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

It varies for each person. Some clients benefit from monthly check-ins, while others schedule seasonally or as needed. We can discuss a rhythm that supports your goals and lifestyle.
