Service Description
What to Expect ✨ A Personalized Intake Process Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you’ll receive a short questionnaire via email. Your responses help me understand your energetic needs, ensuring you receive the most from your healing experience. ✨ A Guided Healing Experience Your 60-minute session begins by welcoming you into the healing space, where you’ll settle comfortably on the healing table. I will lead you through a gentle meditation designed to quiet the mind, deepen relaxation, and open your energy channels to receive healing. This may include breathwork, visualization, and setting an intention for your session. ✨ Reiki Energy Flow Once you are fully relaxed, I will begin channeling Reiki energy through light touch or just above the body, guiding the flow of healing energy where it is most needed. You may experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of tranquility as the energy works to clear blockages and restore harmony throughout your system. ✨ Chakra Balancing & Energy Alignment Reiki naturally helps balance the chakras, allowing for a smooth and aligned flow of energy. As I work intuitively, the session will focus on bringing each area of your energetic system into a state of greater harmony. ✨ Integration & Reflection We will gently conclude the session with grounding techniques to bring you fully back into the present moment. Afterward, we’ll take a few moments to reflect, allowing you to integrate any insights or sensations that surfaced during your healing journey. Choose our Embodied Experience option for our in-person sessions or Etheric Alignment option for remote healing sessions via Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking request is made, it may take up to 24 hours to confirm. Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, you will receive a detailed intake form via the email address you have provided. This is a very important part of the process. The sooner you are able to return the form and more detailed you are about the information, the better I will be able to serve you. This intake form will allow us to spend our time together being more focused on the issue and less on gathering all the details. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. ESMB is a small, woman-owned business, and last-minute cancellations greatly disrupt the balance of my business and family time. Your consideration is greatly appreciated:)
