Cancellation Policy

Once a booking request is made, it may take up to 24 hours to confirm. Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, you will receive a detailed intake form via the email address you have provided. This is a very important part of the process. The sooner you are able to return the form and more detailed you are about the information, the better I will be able to serve you. This intake form will allow us to spend our time together being more focused on the issue and less on gathering all the details. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. ESMB is a small, woman owned business and last minute cancellations greatly disrupt the balance of my business and family time. Your consideration is greatly appreciated:)
