What to Expect ✨ A Personalized Intake Process Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you’ll receive a questionnaire via email. Your responses are an essential part of the process, helping me understand your health history, lifestyle, and primary concerns. This allows us to make the most of our time together and ensures that I can offer the most aligned recommendations for you. ✨ A Deeply Rooted Consultation Herbal Consultations typically last 90 to 120 minutes, offering the space to explore your wellness journey in depth. We’ll discuss what brings you to an herbalist—whether it’s chronic discomfort, stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, emotional well-being, or another concern. From there, we’ll look beyond symptoms to uncover the underlying patterns, considering factors such as: -Your physical constitution and energetic balance -Diet, lifestyle, and daily habits -Emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being -The best herbal allies and holistic techniques to support you ✨ An Intentional and Holistic Approach I practice a form of herbalism that honors the whole person, rather than simply masking symptoms with herbal “Band-Aids.” My goal is to find the herbs that truly resonate with you, supporting deep and lasting healing rather than quick fixes. By the end of your consultation, you’ll receive thoughtful recommendations tailored to your unique needs, whether that includes herbal formulas, teas, tinctures, dietary adjustments, or supportive lifestyle practices. This is an ongoing journey, and I am here to guide you every step of the way. An initial herbal consultation is billed at $80/hr, with the average consult lasting 1hr 30 min to 2 hrs. This fee includes the initial consultation, one 30-minute follow-up appt, and however much time and research is needed to formulate the right blends. This cost does not include the herbal formula, which can range in price due to the herbs used.
