What to Expect ✨ A Personalized Intake Process Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you’ll receive a brief intake form via email. Your responses help guide the intention of the session, allowing me to select crystals and design a layout specifically for your current needs—be it grounding, clarity, heart healing, or energetic protection. ✨ Setting the Intention At the start of your session, we’ll briefly review the information shared in your intake form to help clarify your focus and goals. This may be followed by light conversation, intention setting, or quiet reflection—depending on what feels most aligned for you that day. ✨ Crystal Grid & Energy Healing You’ll then settle comfortably onto the healing table for the placement of your personalized crystal body grid. I’ll begin by energetically assessing the chakra system and subtle body, clearing stagnation and preparing your field for deeper healing. Crystals will be placed on and around you in a grid tailored to your unique energetic blueprint. This grid serves as a map, directing crystal frequencies to the areas that need them most. The process promotes energetic flow, deep relaxation, and soul-level realignment. ✨ Reiki Energy Infusion Throughout the session, Reiki energy will be woven in to amplify the healing and support integration on a subtle and cellular level. ✨ Integration & Reflection We’ll close the session with grounding practices and space for post-session reflection. You’re invited to share insights, emotions, or imagery that may have surfaced. If supportive, we may incorporate brief creative expression (e.g. drawing or journaling) to help anchor the healing into conscious awareness. Choose our Embodied Experience option for our in-person sessions or Etheric Alignment option for remote healing sessions via Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule a crystal healing session, your time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies: Intake Form: After you book, I will email you a short intake form. Completing and returning this form as soon as possible allows me to prepare thoroughly for your session and tailor the energy work to your needs. Booking Window: Please schedule your session at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for preparation. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of your appointment. I currently accept cash, credit card, and PayPal/Venmo. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, we will still need to end at the scheduled time so as not to affect the next appointment. Sessions starting late due to late arrival will not be extended or refunded. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiting the session or payment. Reminders: Appointment reminders are sent by email 24 hours before your scheduled session. Online Sessions: For distance crystal healing sessions, a Zoom link will be emailed to you ahead of time. Please ensure you have a quiet space, stable internet connection, and any notes or questions ready before your session begins.
