Join me at the Gilpin County Fair this summer and step into one of Colorado’s most rooted mountain community gatherings.

Held at the Gilpin County Fairgrounds near Central City and Black Hawk, this 3-day fair brings together local makers, 4-H youth, livestock shows, rodeo events, live music, vendors, and community competitions like mining and heritage demonstrations. It’s a true small-town fair—centered around agriculture, tradition, and the people who keep those roots alive.

I’ll be there with Earth Star Minerals & Botanicals, offering herbal creations, crystals, and intentional handcrafted goods inspired by plant medicine and mountain living.

Whether you come for the animals, the vendors, or just to take in the atmosphere, it’s a simple way to connect with community and local culture.
