Service Description
What to Expect ✨ A Personalized Intake Process Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you’ll receive a short questionnaire via email. Your responses help me tailor the session to your unique energetic and healing needs, ensuring you receive the most from your experience. ✨ Holistic Counseling & Creative Art Therapy Your 90-minute session will take place over Zoom or video call, allowing us to remain connected in real time throughout the session. We begin with a personalized counseling session, where we explore your current challenges, concerns, and healing intentions. This conversation allows us to uncover emotional, energetic, or subconscious patterns that may be influencing your well-being. To deepen self-exploration and emotional processing, we will incorporate creative art therapy, using expressive techniques such as drawing, journaling, or intuitive symbolism. This therapeutic approach allows you to connect with your inner wisdom, bringing clarity and insight to your healing journey. No artistic experience is needed—this is a space for self-expression and reflection. ✨ A Guided Healing Experience Following the counseling and creative therapy, you’ll be invited to settle into a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax. I will guide you through a gentle meditation to quiet the mind, deepen relaxation, and open your energy channels to receive healing. I will then intuitively assess your energetic body, sensing the flow of your chakras and identifying areas that need extra attention. ✨ Crystal Grid & Energy Work As you relax, I will create a personalized crystal body grid in my healing space, specifically designed to align with your energy and intentions. Using the vibrational properties of the chosen crystals, I will begin working energetically with the grid to cleanse, balance, and charge your chakra centers, directing healing energy to where it is needed most. While the crystals are not physically placed on your body, their energetic resonance will still work within your field to support deep healing. ✨ Integration & Reflection We will conclude the session with grounding techniques to bring you fully back into the present moment. Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect, allowing space for you to share any thoughts, emotions, or insights that arose during the session. Additional creative expression may be used here to help integrate your healing experience and provide further clarity for your journey. ✨ Reiki Energy Infusion
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking request is made, it may take up to 24 hours to confirm. Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, you will receive a detailed intake form via the email address you have provided. This is a very important part of the process. The sooner you are able to return the form and more detailed you are about the information, the better I will be able to serve you. This intake form will allow us to spend our time together being more focused on the issue and less on gathering all the details. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. ESMB is a small, woman-owned business, and last-minute cancellations greatly disrupt the balance of my business and family time. Your consideration is greatly appreciated:)
