Service Description
What to Expect ✨ A Personalized Intake Process Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you’ll receive a short questionnaire via email. Your responses help me understand your specific needs and energetic concerns, ensuring a deeply personalized healing experience. ✨ A Guided Healing Experience Your session will take place over Zoom or video call so we can remain connected throughout. We’ll begin with a conversation about your intentions and any areas of focus for the session. You’ll then be invited to settle into a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax. I will guide you through a gentle meditation to help quiet the mind, deepen relaxation, and open your energy channels to receive healing. This may include breathwork, visualization, or setting an intention for your session. ✨ Reiki Energy Flow As you relax, I will begin channeling Reiki energy remotely, directing healing vibrations to where they are most needed. You may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep peace as the energy works to clear, balance, and align your system. Some people experience a sense of lightness, emotional release, or even visual imagery as the energy flows. ✨ Integration & Reflection We will gently conclude with grounding techniques to bring you back into the present moment, followed by a reflective discussion about your experience. I will share any insights that arose during the session, and we will go over post-session self-care to help you integrate the healing energy. Through real-time connection and guided support, you can embrace balance, renewal, and alignment from the comfort of your own space.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking request is made, it may take up to 24 hours to confirm. Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, you will receive a detailed intake form via the email address you have provided. This is a very important part of the process. The sooner you are able to return the form and more detailed you are about the information, the better I will be able to serve you. This intake form will allow us to spend our time together being more focused on the issue and less on gathering all the details. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. ESMB is a small, woman-owned business, and last-minute cancellations greatly disrupt the balance of my business and family time. Your consideration is greatly appreciated:)
